Performance software tuning, ECU/TCU programming, and hardware modifications are designed to increase vehicle performance. Increased performance may result in increased mechanical stress, thermal load, pressure, and accelerated wear on engine, transmission, drivetrain, turbochargers, fuel systems, cooling systems, electronics, and related components.

Performance modifications involve inherent mechanical risk.

By requesting performance services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You understand and agree that performance tuning may:

• Reduce component lifespan
• Reveal or accelerate pre-existing mechanical conditions
• Result in drivability changes
• Cause mechanical or electronic failure
• Affect manufacturer warranty coverage

All performance services are performed at the vehicle owner’s sole risk.

Eurotech Speedhaus provides NO WARRANTY, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, durability, or performance guarantees.

No warranty is provided on:

• Engine or internal engine components
• Transmission, clutch, torque converter, gearbox
• ECU, TCU, or control modules
• Turbochargers or superchargers
• Drivetrain components
• Fuel, cooling, exhaust, or emissions systems
• Electrical systems, sensors, or wiring

All performance services are provided strictly “AS-IS”.

A signed Performance Tuning Liability Waiver is required prior to installation of any tuning software or performance modification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eurotech Speedhaus shall not be liable for:

• Mechanical failure
• Loss of vehicle use
• Towing or rental costs
• Loss of profits
• Diminished vehicle value
• Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

If liability is legally imposed, it shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific tuning service performed.

Vehicles may contain unknown or undetectable mechanical or electronic issues. Performance tuning may reveal or accelerate such conditions.

Eurotech Speedhaus is not responsible for failures resulting from pre-existing defects or maintenance-related issues.

Manufacturer or dealership software updates may overwrite performance calibrations. Future compatibility with factory updates cannot be guaranteed.

Reinstallation or recalibration may require additional service fees.

Vehicle owners are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including emissions regulations and inspection requirements.

Eurotech Speedhaus makes no representation regarding emissions compliance of modified vehicles.

Certain modifications may be intended for off-road or motorsport use only.

All performance tuning services must be paid in full prior to completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the digital and custom nature of performance software:

• Installed software is non-refundable
• Custom calibrations are non-refundable
• Labor services are non-refundable once performed

By requesting services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or authorized by the legal owner to approve modifications.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eurotech Speedhaus, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from performance modifications or vehicle use after modification.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.

Any dispute arising from services or use of this website shall be resolved exclusively in Broward County, Florida.
